I recently went camping in Kananaskis Country, Alberta (specifically Peter Lougheed Provincial Park). While I was there I took some pictures and I thought I’d share them over a few posts as I get them processed.
I’m going to start with these photos of the lower section of Sarrail falls on the South side of the Upper Kananaskis Lake. These falls are a short walk, maybe 20 minutes from the southwest end of the upper lake parking lot. The trail is well maintained (obviously there is a bridge!) and the vegetation all along is lush and there are many little brooks or trickles you can easily step over. These views are from either on, or just off the trail towards the lake. No getting dirty or wet for these ones.
Thanks to Chris Niccolls of The Camera Store in Calgary for his help while purchasing the filters that made these, my first ND filtered photos possible.
